Imagine a situation that you have a very decent webserver platform. But for
some reason. You have a reboot, and not all your systems are up yet. How
cool would it be if you could say to Cherokee if 'information source' X
and/or Y are not available, instead display this error.
I think this can be very broadly done, and be actually be very useful even
with other system failure.
