What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create and function
2. try to remove the second (empty just added clause)
3. cannot be removed, only by removing the entire and by the button below

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Removing the second clause will remove the and function. Cherokee currently
*STOPS* if such mis configuration is there.
