I've spent a couple of days looking into this matter, with several  
different Rails
versions. The one thing they all seem to agree is in that they disagree on  
how they
behave. The fastcgi approach has proven inconsistent among the different  
releases.

The wizard should be extended to support other available deployment  
methods, and
maybe leave out fastcgi until we can produce a consistent behavior.
