I've made tests with rails-2.2.3, rails-2.3.3 and rails-2.3.4, and  
sometimes things
work while other they don't.

I haven't been able to make it work correctly with FastCGI and >=2.3. I'm  
convinced
it is because of issue 101.

r3889 provides a proxying setup as default for the wizard, but FastCGI can  
still be
used to see if it works.

I would really appreciate it if any of you could try it out and comment on  
the results.
